At the age of 85, I started practising yoga with Ankan Kumar. My expierence is that it’s never too late to start practising yoga. Through my yoga exercises combined with the breathing and concentration exercises I learn, little by little, to let go of tensions and thoughts and to relax my body and mind. Mental and physical blockades disappear,p.e neckpain/blockade. Yoga means a lot to me; after a year yoga my body is much more flexible and my mind quieter. Ankan’s inspiring classes stimilate me daily to practise his exercises and meditate at home.
