Before learning Yoga, I had problems with my neck, back, and knees. I was hoping to improve those issues by learning Yoga. So, I joined Master Ankan Kumar yoga studio in Eindhoven. Now, I’ve learned Yoga for 10 months. I like to share my experience with others.
At the beginning, those poses were very difficult and almost impossible for me. But it’s quite easy for the other more experienced members. With tailored instructions by Master Ankan, it’s getting easier and easier. After several months practicing, my muscles strength and flexibility are improving. My respiratory system is getting stronger by breathing and chanting exercises, too. The most important tip for learning Yoga is to keep on practicing especially in first two months. After that, you’ll start to enjoy it.
