Kids love Yoga and Kids Yoga is designed to help them love it more. This class is presented in a playful way, with creative exercises that introduce the ancient science of Yoga in an engaging and rewarding session. They will learn to master challenging poses, how to move in a flow, visualization exercises and yoga philosophy, with breathing and relaxation playing an important role. Kids Yoga is a great way to improve their health and wellbeing, reducing anxiety, aggressive behaviour and stress. It gives them a tool to go inwards, find calm and to bring body awareness and an understanding of self-care.
