Hatha Vinyasa Yoga – Intermediate/Advanced

Vinyasa means “systematically placed”. Hatha Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links asanas, focus point and breath to gain balance and peace in the mind. This lesson is a fast and invigorating class that moves the body in smooth transitions between asanas and asana families.

The focus is not about the final position but about the progession and building the connection between asanas, focus point and breath. These asanas are combined systematically building continuity while sequenced through multiple series of smooth movements. When the asana, breath and focus point are in balance, it becomes easier to find true peace with in the mind.
