Dynamic Hatha Yoga

A physically challenging form of Hatha Yoga, combining basic Hatha Yoga postures with more advanced postures that challenge the strength of the body and the endurance of the mind. The practice includes multiple Sun Salutations which  warm the body to increase flexibility for the advanced postures. You will also practice several inversion postures that aid blood circulation and promote mental clarity. Dynamic Hatha will improve your overall body strength and increase your mental ability to push yourself beyond your current levels. It is a demanding and rigorous practice, but one that is incredibly rewarding and which will leave your body feeling completely open.
