Anga Mardan (Cardio) Yoga – Intermediate levels

A fast-paced practice where you will perform Yoga asanas multiple times without pause. Rigorous and energetic, it includes intense stretching and toning of all muscle groups – including the abdominals. You will experience intense stretching of all sides of your body, eliminating muscle blockages and tightness, while burning fat effectively. Sweating is inevitable, smiling is optional but highly recommended.
