This course will teach you the next level of Yoga beyond the asanas (postures) to improve your well being and to be your own master of your life.
It’s a unique opportunity to learn the Yogic techniques of controlling the Prana and understand the science behind them.
We will begin with a FREE introduction session on 20 Feb and the class will be held twice per week in the following 6 weeks: 24 & 27 Feb and 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 & 31 March.
