Our yoga classes consist of

  • Yogic breathing exercises
  • Gentle to deep stretching
  • Sun Salutation (for Hatha classes)
  • Key yoga postures in traditional Yogic way
  • Relaxation

Good to know:

  • We provide Manduka Pro yoga mats, Manduka meditation cushions & Towels for your convenience.
  • Remember not to eat heavy food 1.5 hours prior to practicing Yoga.
  • Please come 10 min prior to the class start time so that the classes can start on time.
