We support you at every step when you start your Yoga journey with Yoga Kumar. From the moment you first walk through our door, you will be helped and encouraged to reach your full Yogi potential, with classes that are designed to increase your knowledge of this wonderful ancient science.

We begin in 3 simple steps:

1: Come inside and meet us personally. Tell your story, goals and your needs. We will guide you through the various benefits of our different classes, to find a program that fits your needs and your level of Yoga. And remember, everyone is a beginner at one point in their lives, so if this is your first class, we are delighted to be with you at your beginning.

2: give yourself a chance to learn what Yoga can do for you. Commit to 4 classes and THEN make a decision. By then, you will have already noticed the effects on your body and mind.

3: stay with us and enjoy the new-found flexibility and lightness of body and mind.

We offer (for new members only) 4 lessons for only € 32,-.
The lessons are free to choose and valid for 1 month.

Gentle yoga is the ideal class to judge your experience level. The postures follow up each other easily. Besides that is it still challenging for every level of experience.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that let you move easily.

Not all clothes do let you move. Try it first at home and feel if it's still comfortable. Shoes and socks aren't necessary.

Food and drinks

Don't eat heavily 90 minutes prior to the lesson.

If you eat too heavily before class, some postures will feel awkward to do. Try not to eat 90 minutes before the lesson.

Be on time.

15 minutes prior to the lesson.

It is nice to start the lesson in a calm manner. if you are on time, especially at your first class, than of the teachers can ask you some questions and show you arround.

Your first yoga class

Let it happen.

Go along with the lesson. For some it can take a while to get accustomed. Awkward even maybe or what ever. Try to park that feeling and talk about that after your fourth lesson. After that you can judge better what yoga can do for you.
