Our yoga classes consist of:

  • Yogic breathing exercises
  • Gentle to deep stretching
  • Sun Salutation (for Hatha classes)
  • Key yoga postures in traditional Yogic way
  • Relaxation

Good to know:

  • We provide Manduka Pro yoga mats
  • Manduka meditation cushions & Towels for your convenience.
  • Remember not to eat heavy food 1.5 hours prior to practicing Yoga.
  • Please come 10 min prior to the class start time so that the classes can start on time.

Yoga Kumar accepts cash, bank transfer and pin code payments at the studio.
If you have paid by a bank transfer please email us the receipt or bring it with you to the studio when you come to class.
