Benefits:

This posture is a semi inversion and a forward bending posture. This posture opens the back of the legs muscles and lower back.  It balances hip joints and increases flexibility. It keeps the spine and back healthy and improves posture.

Upper body goes down which gives good blood circulation on the shoulder, face and head. This results in reduced stress, anxiety, and depression. The natural blood pressure on the face opens the channels and makes the face glowing. Restless mind becomes calm. Lethargy and heaviness of the body are eliminated.
